ISTANBUL – In Sunday’s 116-102 win against the Los Angeles Lakers, James Harden passed Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson (26,710 points) for 14th on the career scoring list.
The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 116-102 on their home field Intuit Dome, earning their fourth consecutive win and 24th win of the season.
Norman Powell contributed to the victory for the Clippers with 22 points and four rebounds, James Harden 21 points and 12 assists, and Ivica Zubac 21 points and 19 rebounds.
For the Lakers, LeBron James' 25 points, 11 assists, and Rui Hachimura's 19 points, and seven rebounds could not avoid their 18th loss of the season.
The 35-year-old guard averaged 21.4 points, 8 assists, and 5.8 rebounds in 38 games this season.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, meanwhile, delivered a stellar performance with 34 points and 15 rebounds, leading the Milwaukee Bucks to a 123-109 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers also on Sunday.
Tyrese Maxey led the Philadelphia 76ers with 37 points, while Kelly Oubre Jr. contributed 19 points. However, despite their efforts, the 76ers suffered their 26th consecutive loss in the game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Rookie Adem Bona, making his first start for Philadelphia, had 10 points in 24 minutes.
Damian Lillard had 25 points, five rebounds, and four assists for the Bucks, who won their 24th consecutive victory this season.
